Chinese Solar Terms Tokens

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

There are many possible ways to display solar terms :

If you wish to display the solar term, only on the date when one occurs, and nothing otherwise, then use the [chs] token. If you want to show, for every date, the solar term that most recently occurred, then use the [chss] token.

If you wish to only display the characters of the solar term individually (useful to display them vertically), then use [chs1] to display the first character and [chs2] to display the second character.

Use the token [chds] to display the lunar day (like in [chd]) but that is replaced by the solar term when these occur (this is analogous to the :chls minicalendar modifier).

There are also options in the days and months Chinese tokens to combine solar terms with lunar dates.
