Strip Style Sheets

Property of the ScriptLine : Pre-Processing.

When this property is set to true, Q++ will remove style sheets from the copy of the GridTemplates used in the current script's  generation. This feature is sometimes needed under QuarkXPress 4, because style sheets can slow down the copying of pages, on certain GridTemplates, and more importantly, a conflict in the style sheets used in different GridTemplates used in the same script can cause QuarkXPress to crash.

Using this option will not change the individual attributes of text that uses style sheets (such as Month Header, above), it will only make those attributes independent of style sheets and remove these style sheets form the output file (see example below).

In the above example, the token that was set in the Month Head style sheet (on the left) is converted to text that does not refer to any style sheet (on the right), but the attributes (bold, font size, ...) of the converted token are the same as those of the Month Head style sheet.

This property has meaning only if you are using Q++ with QuarkXPress 4.0 or above.
