Technical Support Availability

You can view the availability of technical support for the next 2-3 weeks by going to or using the Web menu of the Q++ Main Window.



On green days, you can usually expect a response within a few hours, on black days you can expect a response overnight but possibly during the day if a slot of time becomes available, and on red days you can expect a response overnight. Please consider the Time Zone to determine when overnight is with respect to your time zone (GMT corresponds to the London, UK, timezone).


As always, if there is an emergency, you can reach technical support by phone and leave a voice mail message.
