This message is displayed by QuarkXPress, when it tries to open a file that was badly corrupted.

Usually, it is not possible to corrupt a file in that manner manually, and it indicates that the corruption was cause by a Q++ bug. Therefore, whenever you see such a message, please send the script to technical support for review.
