Type Mismatch aSymbol; expecting aType

This compiler error will occur if :

 

the 2 sides of an assignment are of different type,

 

or the parameters used in a function call are of the wrong type,

 

or an operator is used with the wrong type of arguments.

 

examples

 nTemp = true // integer and boolean

 nDay = WeekdayOf('today') // function requires an integer

 sRESULT = ('Date is ' + 25) // mixing string and integer
