Watching variables as you step through a macro helps you understand and follow what happens as your macro is executed. The Watches Window is located at the bottom left of the Macros Editor. It displays the updated list of all variables, including system and temporary variables, while you test a macro.



The watches window is separated into 3 columns, one for each of the 3 data types. Note that integer variables whose value is above 30000 are considered to be potentially dates, and their value is displayed as both an integer and a date (see n_TokenDate in the example above).
