int = WeekStartOfMonth(nYear,nMonth,nWeekstartDay)

For any nYear and nMonth, this macro function returns the date corresponding to the beginning of the week that contains the first day of that month. This function is used internally by Q++ to calculate the very first date of MiniCalendars.

nWeekstartDay : ranges from 1 (Monday) to 7 (Sunday) and allows you to use any weekday as the "first day of the week".
