This scanning/inspection message warns you that some objects are locked on layers that are not the default layer of the scanned QuarkXPress file. Ignoring this message, while using the Generation Option ignore invisible layers, will lead to other messages when generating a diary, such as error when trying to remove layer from seed template and error moving/deleting box on layer to base layer.
