This message occurs if you try to launch Q++Studio while another user is running the application updater (with the Full option), the worldwide public holidays updater, or if the nightly database maintenance is currently happening on the server.

You will not be able to launch Q++Studio until the termination of the process that is locking the database in exclusive mode.
