This QuarkXPress processing message occurs if a token processing instruction tries to set the baseline shift of some text to a value which, divided by the font size, is outside the allowed range of -3 to +3.

Such an instruction could come from a setting that uses the text attributes editor, or from a macro resulting action or from a sara.

Note that this is a QuarkXPress only message, as the allowed range of baseline shift values in InDesign is -5000 to +5000 and is independent of the font size.
