int = PlanetAtMaximumBrightness(nDate, nSunSourceIndex, nPlanetID)

This macro function calculates the time, on nDate, when the planet of planetary index nPlanetID has reached it maximal magnitude.

The allowed values for nPlanetID are the 2 inner planets only; n_MERCURY and n_VENUS.

The result is the time of the day expressed in one millionth of a day (less than 1/10th of a second).

This function calculates the magnitude of these 2 planets which is not the same (at all) as the brightness with which an observer might see then in his/her garden at night. Do not use this function unless you really need the magnitude of Mercury and Venus and understand how to use it.
