Colors must be accessed by name

Scroll Prev Up Next More

This DTP processing message occurs when a diary is generated using InDesign, but the script contains commands to change text color using RGB or CMYK values.

Colors in InDesign must be accessed by name.

The message would almost never be caused by one of the standard options of Q++Studio, and would almost always be due to the use of the FormatText macro function, using a value > -1 for the deprecated parameter n32bitColor.

Solution

Replace the use of the n32bitColor parameter by the COLOR formatting tag.
