This message occurs at the very beginning of diary generation if Q++Studio notices that QuarkXPress or InDesign is still running in the background, and cannot be closed automatically by Q++Studio.

Note that this message is based on the output format of the diary currently being generated. That is to say that this message will not be generated if InDesign is still running and you are generating a QuarkXPress diary, and vice-versa.
