This processing message occurs during diary generation, if a sara or macro specifies that the current textbox should be changed to a picturebox and that an InDesign file should be placed into that textbox/frame, but the specified InDesign file is locked by another program.

Solution

Make sure that no other program is using the InDesign file that you are trying to place into that textbox/frame.
