This singleton run-time message means that your current script is using layer moving tokens but that the remove opf layers Generation Option is set to true.

This means that, despite moving the desired objects to another layer, all layers of the output file will be flattened to the base layer, at the end of diary generation, thus making the use of Layer Moving Tokens pointless.
