Text in Box (QuarkXPress 2016-2024)

The Text in Box Attributes Editor appears when selecting the Textbox property in macros resulting textbox actions and saras.

 

It is used to specify the global placement of text in a texbox, by specifying the following box-wide attributes, as shown in the image on the right:

 

the number of columns.

the gutter width.

the vertical alignment.

the first baseline alignment.

the text inset.

 

These attributes are available when using QuarkXPress 2016-2024 or InDesign 2020-2024.
