This message will appear if you try to scan or inspect a QuarkXPress document, but your workstation is not set up to use QuarkXPress.

To solve the problem, either activate the use of QuarkXPress in the preferences or, if QuarkXPress is not yet installed, follow the instructions on how to install QuarkXPress in Q++Studio.
