Calendarios Religiosos: Los días feriados basados en ciertos calendarios religiosos están sujetos a variaciones locales producidas por diferentes interpretaciones entre las distintas autoridades religiosas o a modificaciones aparentemente arbitrarias en la fecha en que se celebra el día feriado por entrar en conflicto con otra festividad que se calcula de acuerdo con otro calendario, o porque el día del feriado se considera desfavorable (de mala suerte). Calendarios de Vietnam: Los dos calendarios de Vietnam tradicionales (el solar y el lunar) se basan en una estructura similar al calendario chino. La única diferencia radica en que para establecer la fecha en que se produce un evento de su calendario lunar o solar, los calendarios de Vietnam no toman Pekín como punto de referencia, sino Hanoi. Por este motivo, a veces existen días feriados en alguno de los calendarios de Vietnam que se celebran un día antes de la fecha china correspondiente (este fenómeno se produce en aproximadamente el 4% de los casos).
