Weekend Public Holidays: although fixed-date public holidays that fall on a weekend are meant by law to remain of their appointed dates, in practice, the observance of Sunday public holidays is routinely moved to the following Monday.
National Decoration Day is a national public holiday when people clean and paint the graves of relatives.
