Law of Record: public holidays in San Marino are governed by the Loi no 7 du 17 février 1961 relative à la protection du travail et des travailleurs as modified in 1985 and 1989.  Weekend Public Holidays: Other than Banks around Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, there is no indication of public holidays falling on weekends being moved and even that is not clear.
