Training is available for current licensees of either the XE or XV versions of Q++Studio, either online, onsite at your premises, or in Nantes, France.
This training is particularly suitable in situations when internal resources are stretched and peer-to-peer training of new users is not the most efficient approach, or situations when a new product line or client project introduces workflows and features that go beyond those covered in previous training.
Training is performed by Olivier Beltrami, who has designed, developed, and continuously refined Q++Studio since its inception more than 30 years ago. Drawing on more than 40 years of experience in diary and calendar publishing, as well as three decades of Q++Studio development, and having trained over a hundred users in more than thirty countries since 1999, Olivier combines in-depth product knowledge with a practical understanding of the industry's editorial, production, and commercial requirements.
Rather than following a fixed syllabus, each training programme is individually prepared around the specific products, workflows, and publishing objectives of the participating users. This bespoke approach ensures that training time is devoted exclusively to the practical challenges and production requirements relevant to each organisation.
Because the training is delivered by the software's developer, operational requirements, special workflows, and opportunities for improvement identified during training can be evaluated directly and may, where appropriate, be reflected in future versions of Q++Studio.

Online Training
Subject to availability, online training is available in English from 10:00 to 19:00 CET, Tuesday-Thursday, excluding French public holidays, at the rate of 250€ per hour.
Training is performed on one of your workstations, to which the trainer connects via the bespoke Q++Studio version of TeamViewer. The trainer and trainee(s) communicate via your Microsoft Teams license.
Onsite Training at your Premises
Onsite training can also be performed at your premises at the rate of 1500€ per day of training (6 hours).
Travel and Accommodation
Onsite training travel and accommodation fees are based on a flat-rate contribution to travel to/from the site location and a per diem rate to cover all accommodation expenses during the trainer's stay. These depend on the location where the onsite training occurs.
The flat-rate contribution to travel costs are: 1500€ for sites within Europe (training sessions of 3 days minimum), 4000€ for sites within North America (training sessions of 5 days minimum), 4500€ for sites within Asia or Oceania (training sessions of 5 days minimum), and 500€ for sites in France (training sessions of 2 days minimum).
The per diem rates are: 350€ per day for sites within Europe (including France), 400€ per day for sites within North America, and 450€ per day for sites within Asia or Oceania. These rates are multiplied by the number of days of training, plus 2 days.
The above rates are based on confirmed travel plans 30 days ahead of the scheduled start of training.
