The PDF Output Style Selection Dialog appears when converting a QuarkXPress or InDesign document to PDF manually, to let you select the PDF output style to use for the current conversion to PDF.

This dialog will also appear, as part of diary generation, if no PDF output style was selected in the diary generation options.
