This message occurs if you try to launch Q++Studio by double-clicking on:

  C:\Q++StudioXV4\Q++Studio64.exe

To ensure that the launch of Q++Studio by multiple concurrent users proceeds properly, always launch Q++Studio using the icon that is placed on your desktop during the installation and updating of Q++Studio (alternatively you can double-click on Q++Loader64.exe also located in the C:\Q++StudioXV4\ folder).
