This message means that your workstation cannot access a Q++Studio server folder, either locally or on the local network.

The Q++Studio server folder is the folder Q++ServerXV4 located on your Q:\ drive (if you do not have a Q:\ drive, then look for the Q++ServerXV4 folder on the C:\ or D:\ or E:\ drives).

Make sure that a server folder exists and try again to launch Q++Studio.
