This design-time message occurs if one or more of the saras of the saras property uses a feature not available with the version of QuarkXPress you are currently using.

 

➢A typical example would be a Sara which changes a textbox to a picture box with the image positioned using the ScaleToFill setting, when using QuarkXPress 8-2018.

 

The use of this feature will lead to a corresponding run-time message, and a result that is not as expected, as shown in the example on the right, as long as you are not using the required version of QuarkXPress.

 

Solution:

 

•Switch to QuarkXPress 2019-2024: if a version of QuarkXPress 2019-2024 is installed on your computer, then changing to that version will be one of the solutions proposed to you.
