text overflow messages for normal tables display the contents of the cell that is overflowing (left) while text overflow messages for static tables display the contents of the textbox/frame that contains the table with the overflowing cell (right)

This InDesign diary generation message alerts you to the presence of text overflow for InDesign tables that are assumed to be static.

It is similar to the message text overflow in table cell but as the contents of each cell are not listed during scanning for such large static tables, the present message when selected in the diary generation messages dialog, only displays the contents of the parent frame/textbox that contains the static table that has overflowing cell(s), as shown in the images on the right.
