This message occurs after the technical support module has created the compressed files requested using the Save button, and informs you that the attachments have been saved for you in the c:\temp\qpp\email\ folder.

This dialog offers to open that folder for you so that you may directly copy these attachments to your preferred email client software so that you may send them manually.
