This topic covers the implementation details of TmcOptions.

Current writer layout sets IncludeAllOptionsInTmcOptions=true and UsesNewFontSettings=true. The reader forces UsesNewFontSettings true and uses the layout marker to choose where several values live.
The reader supports older layouts by falling back from FlowOfDates and OneLineMinicalendars wrappers to the record root. Some additional members live on the owning TMiniCalOptions object and are reached through ParentProperty.
DateFormatSequence is eleven two-digit values (22 characters), with default 0001020304050607080910. The parser resets to that default on an exception; this is not proof of full range/uniqueness validation.
Several wrappers are dereferenced without a nil check. Use a complete current-layout record when constructing or enabling a branch. Sharing between Current/Other properties is handled by the enclosing property and script loader.

Text-style marker encoding
An empty style set is the empty string. A nonempty set has a leading comma, a comma after every marker and a trailing comma: for example ,B,I,FOSI,. The parser looks for complete case-sensitive marker substrings. HIDE replaces the ordinary style selection; RSET and IGNR are still processed. tsoAppend is declared but is not encoded by these two helpers.
