The St. Kitts and Nevis Federal Parliament has passed the National Honours Act, setting every September 16th, beginning in 1998, as an official public holiday.
This new, September 16, public holiday commemorates the birthdates of First National Hero Sir Robert Llewellyn Bradshaw and Sir Joseph N. France.
