The Singapore Ministry of Manpower has announced that the upcoming Deepavali would fall on November 4th, 2002.
Recall that, in an earlier press statement on public holidays for 2002 released on 29 December 2000, the Singapore Ministry of Manpower announced that Deepavali would fall on 3rd November 2002 (Sunday).
