Monaco's State Ministry has published the list of official public holidays (liste des jours chômés et payés) in Monaco for the calendar year 2004.
As per custom (17-Dec-1999, 26-Jan-2001, and 16-Nov-2001), the "Communiqué n° 2003-09 du 3 novembre 2003 relatif à la liste des jours chômés et payés pour l'année 2004", published in Issue No.7625 of the Journal de Monaco, clarifies the status of fixed-date public holidays occurring on a Saturday or a Sunday, for the year 2004.
