The Government of Rwanda has published the "Arrêté Présidentiel n° 101/01 du 25/12/2003 déterminant les jours fériés" which legislates the list of Rwandan non-working public holidays, their date, and how many days each one lasts.
The aforementioned decree abrogates the decree which had hitherto regulated Rwandan non-working public holidays, the "Arrêté présidentiel no 07/01 du 6 mars 1996 déterminant les jours fériés" (07-Mar-1996) as well as modifying the recently gazetted labour code of Rwanda (31-Dec-2001).
