Turkmen President, Saparmurat Niyazov, has signed a resolution declaring three days to be public holidays, Friday to Sunday, February 2 to 4, 2004.
The aformentioned declaration of 3 non-working public holidays was made on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha, or Kurban Bayram, the festival of sacrifice marking the end of the hajj pilgrimage.
