The New South Wales Government says that the September 7, one-off, public holiday for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit will only apply to Sydney (residents in the Sydney metropolitan and surrounding areas, including suburbs as far as Penrith in the west and Camden in the south-west).
