The goverment of Azerbaijan has announced that tomorrow, Saturday, January 20, 2007, would be a non-working day to commemorate the 1990 invasion of Azerbaijan by Russia.
As Saturdays are already non-working days in Azerbaijan, the decree will have little concrete effect on business life.
