Professor Paul Manasseh Nshuti, Rwanda's minister of public service and labour, issued a statement informing the general public, employers and employees in particular, that Wednesday, August 15, 2007, is a public holiday.
Assumption Day, on August 15, was made an annual public holiday in Rwanda as per the "Arrêté Présidentiel n° 101/01 du 25/12/2003 déterminant les jours fériés" (29-Dec-2003).
