The Minister of Home Affairs announced the list of public holidays for next year in terms of the Public Holidays and Prohibition of Business Act.
As usual, and as stressed in the announcement, the list does not include any days which the President may declare to be additional public holidays, but does include the public holidays added in 2001 (31-Oct-2001).
