Earlier today, Argentina's Association of Banks (Asociación Bancaria) has announced the extension of the usual, November 6, Día del Trabajador Bancario bank holiday to the entire country (usually it is limited to Argentine's capital, Buenos Aires).
In addition, the day before, Wednesday, November 5, 2008, has been declared a nationwide bank holiday for the entirety of Argentina.
