The Acting Administrator of Australia's Indian Ocean Territories, Stephen Clay, has signed Community Bulletin A09/2009 which officially gazettes the public holidays for the calendar year 2010 in the Cocos (Keeling) Islands.
The aforementioned 2010 list does not contain any errors or date conflicts that would require later corrections, as it sometimes did in the past (18-Sep-2006 and 31-Aug-2000 and 30-Aug-1999).
As per the Public and Bank Holidays Act 1972 (WA)(CKI) of Western Australia, the aforementioned Community Bulletin was preceded by an official proclamation published in the Government Gazette 06/2009.
