The Vatican's Prefecture of the Papal Household has released the list of 2010 public holidays for the Vatican (aka. the Holy See).
The announcement contains the usual bi-annual back and forth between the Corpus Christi and the Vigil of Assumption public holidays.
It does not, however make any statement concerning April 19th, 2010, which will be Pope Benedict's 5th election anniversary, and which date was declared a one-off public holiday two years ago (25-Mar-2007).
