Papua New Guinea's (PNG) Prime Minister, Sir Michael Somare, has declared Wednesday, November 18, 2009, as a one-off public sector holiday to coincide with his presentation of the government's "Vision 2050" Plan.
The "Vision 2050" Plan is a 40-year plan designed to make PNG a "richer, safer, and healthier" country by 2050.
