Philippines' President, Glorai Macapagal-Arroyo, has declared Monday, May 11, 2009, as the new national day of celebration for boxing champion Manny "Pacman” Pacquiao.
The national day of celebration (a regular working day) was originally scheduled for May 8 (05-May-2009) but, later in the week, it was postponed due to H1N1 flu concerns (06-May-2009).
