The government of Kazakhstan has declared a 2-day period of public holidays, on Wednesday and Thursday, December 1 and 2, 2010, in the capital, Astana, on account of the upcoming OSCE summit.
The area around the summit venue has been declared a no-go area for anyone not participating in the summit.
