The Council of Ministers of Portugal, at the recommendation of the Minister of Public Service, Rui Pereira, has declared Friday, November 19, 2010, as a one-off public holiday (tolerância de ponto) on account of the upcoming NATO Summit.
The aforementioned public holidays declaration in limited to the municipality of Lisbon ("no concelho de Lisboa").
