The Consejería de Igualdad y Empleo de Extremadura of Spain's Autonomous Region of Extremadura has published the list of regional public holidays for 2011 in the Extremadura.
In 2011, as per the Decreto 149/2010, the Autonomous Region of Extremadura has decided to declare regional public holidays on September 8 (Día de la Comunidad Autónoma de Extremadura), as well as, contrary to last year (20-Jul-2009), May 2 and December 26, as the annual national public holidays of May 1 and December 25 fall on a Sunday.
