Sri Lanka Banks' Association has released the list of official bank holidays in Sri Lanka for the calendar year 2011.
As was the case in the past (06-Jul-2009), the aforementioned list of 2011 bank holidays follows last month's announcement of the 2011 public holidays in Sri Lanka (07-Jul-2010), and adds a few additional half-day bank holidays for some non-Poya public holidays falling on a Saturday or Sunday.
