Source: Pacific Daily News - Summary: The Guam Election Commission (GEC) has asked Governor Felix Camacho and lawmakers to make the upcoming November 4 U.S. General Election a local government holiday (aka. GovGuam holiday).
A similar request was rejected by Governor Camacho for the 2006 General Elections.
