Journal officiel (JORF) - France's Saint-Martin DOM-TOM has released the "circulaire du 4 mai 2018 du Comité National pour la Mémoire et l’Histoire de l’Esclavage" which announces that the upcoming "Commémoration de l’abolition de l’esclavage à Saint-Martin" annual non-working public holiday in Saint-Martin, had been moved to Monday, May 28, 2018.
