Solomon Islands Declares December 27 Bridge Public Holiday

Permanent Secretary for Home Affairs, Casper Fa'asala, has announced that Friday, December 27, 2002, had been declared a public holiday in the Solomon Islands.

This means that, with the weekend, the Solomon Islands will have a five-day Christmas break, from December 24, to December 29, 2002, inclusively.
