Mali Asked To Add 2 Christian Public Holidays

The Catholic Church is again petitioning the Mali government for the recognition of November 1st (All Saint's Day) and August 15th (Assumption) as public holidays.

Currently (04-Jul-2005), the Mali government observes the Christian public holidays of Christmas and Easter Monday.
